Orders

How do I track my order?

After dispatch, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your tracking number. You may use this number to monitor the status of your order via our delivery partner’s website.

Is it possible to change or edit after placing an order?

As for order changes or cancellations, you can do so within the next 24 hours you have placed the order. If a client does not make his order during this time, the order processing starts, and changes may not be made.

How do you receive payment?

You can pay using a card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, or a bank transfer. Other physical payment methods depending on your region that may be accepted in Pakistan include.

Shipping

What kind of products are shipped?

We can offer standard as well as express delivery all over Pakistan. Shipping duration may vary depending on geographical location and choices will be highlighted during checkout.

What are the types of shipments that you have for the customers?

The shipping cost is varied depending on your location and the shipping option you select to complete your order. This means that when you are placing an order for your favorite products, you can view the real shipping costs.

Is it possible to post the order to another country?

Currently, we only distribute our products within the country and do not have international shipping services.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Our company has a seven-day return system which means that you can return any product to us within a week and we shall process it to have it returned to the manufacturers on your behalf.

How do I initiate a return?

The returns of the products should be initiated by contacting customer service through the mail or a phone call. We shall give you the directions on how to return the product to us.

Are there Return Shipping Costs?

We will also pay for return shipping costs in the case when the product is returned due to its defect or wrong delivery. For other reasons, the customer is likely to bear the cost of returning products to the company.

Warranty

What is your warranty policy?

We agree with the six-month limited warranty that our consumers are eligible for manufacturing defects of our products. Should there be any issue with the template or the overall aid you can easily seek our assistance.

Which things are excluded from the warranty?

Can I somehow activate my gift card?

You can use the gift card by using the code below when checking out. This value will in one way be subtracted from your total bill on which the card has been used.

What about gift cards – do they expire?

Our gift cards indeed do not have any expiration date and are thus usable at any time.
